• Beach Party starts at 11:00 AM.  Beach opens at sunrise.

• Bring your beach chairs and cooler if desired

• Arrive early if you want a spot on the beach. Park is open to the public.

• Lunch served from 12:00 - 2:00 PM under the Pavilion. Seating for 88.

• No alcohol allowed in park, so all adult beverages must be consumed discreetly in drink cups. We are providing lidded souvenir drink cups with a straw to each guest. No cans or bottles allowed in sight or in trash bins. Keep containers in your cooler and take empties with you.

• Parking will be in the Teacher’s /Visitors Parking Lot on 35th St W. between 9th and 11th Ave. Use this Map link for your GPS.

• Enjoy a leisurely guided tour of Manatee High School. Stroll down memory lane and marvel at how much has changed, and what is still the same.

• Car pool to Sarasota Marina as parking is limited.

• Arrive at least one hour prior to departure to check-in.

• They board by order of check-in time and will call your name when it is your turn to board.

• Boarding begins 30 minutes prior to departure.

• Boarding ends 5 minutes before departure. They do not wait on you.

• Food and drink available for purchase.

• No outside food or beverages, and smoking or vaping of any kind on board.
